And now...after posting some main course dishes I'm going back to desserts *lol* why? Because main course is of course delicious and tasty but desserts are so much fun *especially on making them!* and I just found another favorite classic number of mine: SUNDAE BROWNIES!!! 8D I don't think I'm gonna post a recipe to this but yeah I'm still gonna post up some lovely pictures *YEAAHH!!!* So HERE WE GO!!!

Don't they just look LOVELY??? Ohhh...now I'm dying for one. LOL this dessert is pretty close with molten chocolate cake (chocolate cake base with vanilla ice cream on top, pretty common huh?) but whatever I don't care they both taste good in their own ways!!! ^.^ I gotta admit, molten chocolate cakes invite my appetite more than sundae brownie but when you don't have enough money to buy some molten chocolate cakes then sundae brownies are pretty good for second option.

Anyways, I g2g now :P See yaaa~

Ooo...yeah!!! I'm so happy lots of my friends are coming to my blog (because the food looks yummy...HMM!!!! *smacks lips* hahaa) so I've decided to post lots and lots of shiny, yummy pictures here hahaha so everyone would be like Puput earlier (she had an utmost WONDERFUL reaction expression on her face...I SAW IT MYSELF LOL) and drool everytime they read my blog. HAHAHA I'm a genius...NOT.

Anyways, I'm feeling like having mushroom pizza somehow...not exactly striding away from the sweet dessert business but yeah I wanted to post pasta dishes but I couldn't exactly find a good picture. But yeah, I found some AWESOME mushroom pizza pictures!!! Yeaaayy~!!! Oh and don't ask me the recipe and how to make it...I wouldn't try to make one anyway LOL

Ta-daaahh~!!! Here we goooo~:

This one comes with the recipe...and it says that this pizza is DRENCHED IN OLIVE OIL!!! Wow...

Hmmm!!! This one looks SOOO good!!! It's rectangle-shaped pizza, and not the usual round ones. LOOK AT THOSE CHEESE...!!!!

Aww...who can resist these cute little 'pizzas'? (The dough is substituted with pastry...cool eh?)

A home-made mushroom pizza (notice the dough? It's not perfectly round..) and look at the generous mushroom topping!!!!!!!!!!

A big, fat pizza (the source said the owner of the restaurant was a Vietnamese O_oa) but still, looks so yummy~

Haha and there you go!!! Cool, eh? Let's get some pizza!!!!!!

Tschues!!!

Molten Chocolate Cakes

4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
3/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
4 eggs

1/2 cup
sugar

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder or 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1/2 teaspoon salt
Black Cherry Sauce (see recipe below)
Whipped cream

Shaved Chocolate

Preheat oven to 375 F. Liberally spray six (6-ounce) ramekins with nonstick spray. In a small saucepan over low heat melt the chocolate and butter, stirring often to prevent burning. Remove from heat and cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar with electric hand mixer until "ribbon" stage, approximately 7 minutes. At that stage, it will be pale yellow and look like lightly whipped cream.

Add flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, espresso powder, and salt. Beat the batter for 2 additional minutes; add the melted chocolate mixture and beat another 5 minutes. (The batter needs a lot of beating. This incorporates air, lightening the cake's texture.)

Scoop the batter into the prepared ramekins, approximately 3/4 cup of batter in each ramekin. NOTE: At this point, the cakes can be refrigerated and then baked later.

When ready to bake, place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake 15 to 17 minutes or until puffed and mostly dry on top around edges. NOTE: It's critical to bake these cakes for the right amount of time. Otherwise, they'll either be way too "molten," or end up as brownies. Oven temperatures vary, so check the cakes after 15 minutes. If they're really moist on top, bake one minutes and check again.

Remove cakes from oven and let rest 3 minutes (it's okay if they sink a little).

To unmold, place serving plate on top of ramekin and invert. Carefully remove ramekin, tapping lightly on the plate to loosen cake. Serve the molten cakes warm with warm Black Cherry Sauce, whipped cream, and shaved chocolate.

Makes 6 servings.

Hehehe so here it is ANOTHER drool-making dessert: Molten Chocolate Cake! Although most of us here know it as "Hot Chocolate Cake" or "Chocolate Melted" or whatever it is LOL but it's actually called MOLTEN Chocolate cake! This is a REALLY yummy treat (and also make you crave for more! hahaha) and usually it's really good when it's combined with cold vanilla ice cream. *smacks lips*

THE BEST EVER!!! LOL.

I'd really love to try this recipe (one day, LOL) as this is one of the best desserts out there. Not to sweet, yet hot-and-cold at the same time. But just totally YUMMY!!!!

Again, here are some GLIMMERING pictures of molten chocolate cake:
